Purchasing the Rock Chip+ subscription implies that all terms were read by purchaser. All glass damage must be repaired prior to purchase of subscription. If not, purchaser may be subject to paying the out-of-pocket price. Purchaser’s VIN(s) will be registered, and services will only apply to vehicle(s) with the registered VIN(s).

All repairable windshield damage may be repaired, and all auto glass (inside and out, including mirrors) on registered vehicle(s) can be cleaned at any Lefty’s Auto Glass tent location, and any time the purchaser chooses, so long as it is within operating hours. If your purchased plan includes discounts (Polished Plan and Fleet Plan) on other services, the discounts cannot be combined with any other discount or promotion.

Purchaser must report damage and repair as soon as possible. Purchaser must be subscribed to Rock Chip+ at the time of repair. Lefty’s Auto Glass is not responsible if glass damage spreads further prior to being repaired.

The chip repair process is primarily to prevent glass damage from spreading, and may still be partially visible after completed. Lefty’s Auto Glass is not responsible if the glass damage spreads or cracks during the chip repair process.

If chip spreads after completion, Lefty’s Auto Glass will repair at no cost, or apply repair cost credit toward the replacement of the windshield. Damage is deemed repairable or beyond repair at technician’s discretion.
